Invitations

In Pre K we set out invitations for children to partake in.  The Art Center is always open and children are invited to create anything they wish.  Children learn much more when the project they are working on is of their own choosing.  This little boy chose to practice his cutting skills by snipping strips of paper into smaller pieces.  He had the proper grip, enjoyed himself and experienced a sense of accomplishment for a job well done....a job that he had set his own goals for and completed on his own.
